Our NOC technicians identify critical patches and send you (the Client) an approval request. After the Client validates the request, NOC technicians perform critical patches on operating systems and applications. Upon completion the Client receives a notification.

If requested by a Client, we may roll back patches using commercially reasonable efforts.

We perform critical patches on Apache, IIS, cPanel, Plesk, PHP, MySQL, Java, and Tomcat.
