The phoenixNAP Unified Network enables you to achieve connectivity between your dedicated servers or Colocation environment and your PNAP virtual assets.
In order to unify your back-end network, you will need to submit a ticket.
To reach the Unified Network ticket submission screen:
- Sign in to the Client Portal.
- Open the Manage mega menu.
- Click Unified Network under the Combined Functions heading.
- Click on Submit Ticket to proceed.
Please make sure to include your Account Name with the request.
