The notification does not have the email address. Can I unsubscribe the customer?


The complaints and notifications of abuse are sent to you to help you identify issues. They are not intended to be used as a subscription cancellation service. If you are receiving these complaints there is most likely something unclear with the emails that you are sending and the notifications serve to give you a heads-up so that the problem can be corrected. Check to make sure that your subscription process is opt-in and that the cancellation procedures are clearly marked and included in every email that you send.
