To reset your password:
- Sign in to the Client Portal.
- Open the My Account mega menu.
- Click the User Profiles.
- On the User Profiles screen locate the User requiring a password reset.
- Click on the Actions link under the Manage heading.
- Click on Reset Password.
- Type in the new password in the New Password field and confirm it by re-typing it in the Re-enter Password field.
- Click Update to commit the changes.
