My emails are not SPAM but are being reported as SPAM


Your email may be unclear in stating its purpose or the recipient's subscription status. When sending emails to consumers, please make certain that you follow a few simple rules to prevent confusion as to the origin of the emails:

  • Use clear language to identify the source of the email
  • Identify the email in the subject line as subscription, confirmation, etc...
  • Identify the email as having been requested by the recipient
