Modify User


To modify a user:

  1. Sign in to the Client Portal.
  2. Click My Account > User Profiles.
  3. On the User Profiles screen locate the User requiring an update.
  4. Click on the Actions link under the Manage heading. Actions User
  5. Click on Modify User.
  6. Make any necessary changes to the available fields:
    • Status. Active or Not Active.
    • First Name.
    • Last Name.
    • Login Email. Enter the users's login email.
    • Contact Email. Enter the contact email address of the user.
    • New Password. Enter the password the user will use to sign in to the phoenixNAP Client Portal.
    • Re-enter Password. Re-enter the password the user will use to sign in to the phoenixNAP Client Portal for verification.
    • User Role: Select one of six (6) predefined user roles.

     The login email cannot be changed later.

  7. Click Update to commit your changes.
