How Can I View the Status of My Support Tickets


There are three (3) ways to check the status of your support tickets.

Option 1

  1. Upon signing in to the Client Portal, at the bottom of the landing page you'll see a list of your Recent Tickets.
  2. Use the View Filter to filter out the results.
  3. Click the ticket number or subject to view greater detail.

Option 2

  1. Open the My Account mega menu.
  2. Click Support Tickets.
  3. A list is displayed with vital information about your tickets; click the ticket number or subject to view greater detail.

Option 3

  1. Hover over the Support drop-down menu in the top-right of the Client Portal.
  2. Click All Tickets.
  3. A list is displayed with vital information about your tickets; click the ticket number or subject to view greater detail.

Once you have reached this point, you may click on any of the hotlinks available, such as:

  • Post a Followup. Do this if you have more information about the problem that support may have need of.
  • Reply. Do this to post a reply to comments or messages associated with the ticket.
  • Reload Ticket. Use this option to refresh the ticket and view more current data.
  • Ticket Event Log. This option will show you a detailed list of every event associated with the ticket.
