Check Balance


To view your balance:

  1. Sign in to the Client Portal.
  2. Open the My Account mega menu.
  3. Click on Billing .
  4. Click on View Invoice in the row of the invoice you wish to inspect. Alternatively, you can click on the invoice number. This will open a new window with the invoice summary.

    • PDF. If you wish, you can download the invoice as a PDF file.
    • CSV. If you wish, you can download the invoice as a CSV file

The most recent unpaid invoice and balance will be displayed for you. To view older invoices, choose All or Paid from the View drop-down menu at the top right of the screen.
