To view your balance:
- Sign in to the Client Portal.
- Open the My Account mega menu.
- Click on Billing .
- Click on View Invoice in the row of the invoice you wish to inspect. Alternatively, you can click on the invoice number. This will open a new window with the invoice summary.
- PDF. If you wish, you can download the invoice as a PDF file.
- CSV. If you wish, you can download the invoice as a CSV file
The most recent unpaid invoice and balance will be displayed for you. To view older invoices, choose All or Paid from the View drop-down menu at the top right of the screen.
