Accessing the Client Portal


You can access the Client Portal at https://admin.phoenixnap.com/wap-pncpadmin-shell/login.

Login

You will be contacted via email when your account is created, after which you can log in to the Client Portal using the credentials you selected during sign up.

To log in to the Client Portal:

  1. Browse to https://admin.phoenixnap.com/wap-pncpadmin-shell/login.
  2. Enter your Username and Password in the appropriate fields.
  3. Click Sign In.

After signing in, you are immediately taken to the Dashboard page.

 Note

It is recommended to run pop-ups while accessing and using the Client Portal.

Forgot your password?

  1. Browse to https://admin.phoenixnap.com/wap-pncpadmin-shell/login.
  2. Click on Forgot your password? located below the Sign In button.
  3. Enter your username in the Username field and press OK.

  4. Your will receive sign-in instructions on your registered email address.

Reset Password

To reset your password:

  1. Sign in to the Client Portal.
  2. Open the My Account mega menu.
  3. Click the User Profiles.
  4. On the User Profiles screen locate the User requiring a password reset.
  5. Click on the Actions link under the Manage heading.
  6. Click on Reset Password.
  7. Type in the new password in the New Password field and confirm it by re-typing it in the Re-enter Password field.

  8. Click Update to commit the changes.

Are you an existing customer and this is your 1st time signing in to the new client portal?

Use this procedure to migrate credentials and associated common metadata.

  1. Browse to https://admin.phoenixnap.com/wap-pncpadmin-shell/login.
  2. Click on Click here to Migrate your Credentials before logging in.

  3. Click on the type of account you have, and enter your Username and Password in the appropriate fields.
  4. Click Submit.
