Submit a Support Request

There are several ways you can submit a Support Request:

  • Method #1. Click the Submit Ticket icon on the Dashboard (landing page).
  • Method #2. Open the Support drop-down menu and choose Submit a Ticket.
  • Method #3. Alternatively, open the My Account mega menu, click on Support Tickets, and then click on the Submit Ticket icon.

No matter what method you choose, a pop-up window opens:

  1. In the pop-up window complete the Subject and Message fields, making certain to include as much detail as possible including the exact text of any error messages received.
  2. Choose the problematic Device from the drop-down menu and Select the Service.
  3. Use the Choose File button to attach files such as screenshots (this opens your operating system's browse function).
  4. Once you've attached any necessary files, click Send.
